My family tree contains immigrants from China, Lithuania, Germany, and Ireland, by way of Michigan and Hawaii. Learning details about my ancestors’ lives makes me feel connected to them and their life’s journey. I live in a historic mill in Madison County, VA, and I enjoy exploring old cemeteries.
